Got a leak right now?
Turn off your stopcock (usually under the kitchen sink), then send Loui a photo on WhatsApp.
Are quotes free?
Yes. Small jobs can often be priced from a few photos. For bathrooms and heating work Loui visits, measures up and gives you a written quote, with no obligation.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. A dripping tap, a running toilet or a new outside tap gets the same care as a full bathroom.
Can you fit a bathroom suite I've already bought?
Yes. Loui can fit a suite you've chosen yourself, or recommend products that suit your room and budget.
Which areas do you cover?
Loui covers homes across Hertfordshire and surrounding areas, including Welwyn Garden City, Welwyn, Hatfield, Hertford, St Albans, Stevenage, Harpenden and Potters Bar. If you're not sure, just ask.
How do I pay?
You'll know the price before any work starts. Payment details are on your written quote.
